A long pending post... Life surely is fair to all in its own ways not necessarily the way we want it to be ;) Life’s best gift for me is the bouquet of friends; thankfully it’s ever-blooming :)
Friends, in their own way, made this birthday (6th feb) a memorable one! Each year wishes make my day but a few years now has had some celebrations too - my cousin’s surprise way back in 2005; and ever since I moved back to Chennai in 2008…
This year onwards we decided to stick on to the best place on earth – our home – for celebrations; Thanks to each one of them for taking out time and traveling the ‘long distance’ to be there with me:) 5th Feb, a night to recall; began soberly and went on to great heights till about 3 am, 6th Feb, before we called it a day! Not to forget the 12 am – facials, followed by an alarm of ‘No Water’, and running around to arrange for some treats to late joinees ;) Am sure it must have been a great time for Jayan and Sandhya too whose birthday we celebrated the same day.
After a few hours of rest, the D-day began with us trying to regain some energy :) highlight of the day being wishes from all friends, me taking my car out on my own (tx to sandhya’s help), and the dinner @ Shansi – one of our favorite hangouts! Missed u Prissi swtheart!
Heartfelt thanks to each one of you for the gifts & most precious wishes in person, over phone, and facebook (the gift to mankind!) & making it a memorable day forever :)
