Did I shut my eyes so long or is it that time is really flying?!? I can’t recollect a single week end since June till now without action. Phew, but I AM LOVING IT :)
Now trying to blog about these week ends is a challenge – a challenge that I throw to myself, given my ‘Strong memory’ - ahem;)
25th & 26th June was a ‘Special’ Week end – won’t it be if you get to spend some time @ a Home for the Deaf & Mentally Challenged. Each minute spent there was worth a lifetime! Had fun knowing the kids, having breakfast with them, seeing their reaction to sweeties they received, and finally some time developing a garden for them. My life’s second such experience that I would like to replicate across – friends, am sure each one of us can take out a few minutes of ours for such needy people – more than anything they need LOVE, which can be given without any Cost, if we want to – Isn’t it?
What followed was a beautiful week end! After ages, got to spend time with a lovely couple

July was equally amazing and hectic in a good sense. Yup, it all started with an official trip to Yercadu – wonderful place to stay with a night of rain, song, and dance. For a change, I was away from the planning & managing trip:)
16th July will stay as another evergreen day in our life – when our shortfilm ‘BOW’ was aired in AVM Preview Theater by our friend Limin’s ‘Friend of Cinemas’ group. It was a WOW experience with audience sharing rave feedback for the film – what else can equate to having audience enjoying all moods of your film and sharing the same – Hats off BOW team! We made it!!!
Another beautiful week end started on 22nd July, Friday eve. Congrats Kumu & Berks for your beautiful abode! an evening with friends over songs and discussions on some interesting concepts… memorable wk end for sure! Was fun to have all upcoming generations together;
Month ended on a note of bidding adieu to my abode in Delhi – not on a sad note but on a happy note! Wish the couples who bought the house have a beautiful life there! A week in one of my favorite places – Delhi – but for the weather! Good thing is that I realized how much I can push myself even if unwell, provided I make up my mind. And all my efforts paid off when I see those happy / elated / satisfied smiles with the small tokenof love for them from me :) Thanks guys you all made my efforts worth it! Had some fun time with a few friends but couldn’t meet the rest in Delhi – for those whom I couldn’t meet up, for sure I will be visiting Delhi sometime soon!
August started off on a note of blast! A week end that started off with some lovely time with close knit & a night drenched in rains, followed by meeting up with the entire lot of office friends…Some chose to call a specific day as ‘Friendship day’ but for some all days are days of friendship:) A Sunday that was a hectic go-around between family & friends to share the Delhi-shopped items (some of you there – hold on, your things are with me still ;) but an apt ending – yup, I got a new look for myself; snaps will follow soon – a hair style mainly an effort to hide my not so hidable forehead – a mark of my intelligence;) [No comments allowed on this statement pls ;)]
